    • Overcame substantial obstacles in gaining access to customers (had to sneak into our on-site classroom!) and conducted user research to gain valuable product insights that resulted in major feature updates.

    • Led the initiative to create and design a company’s first interactive style guide / UI kit with cohesive formatting and interactions. Designed and built this UI as a “product” so the designed components functioned as completely usable elements that developers can easily work with.

    • Drove my previous company’s accessible design initiative, integrating web accessibility (WCAG) compliance into our UIs for the first time, building this into our style guide / UI kit.
